    Start from a clinical question

    Every formula begins with a specific everyday need, not a trending ingredient. Asta7 exists because screen exposure is a real daily load. ThyroVerve exists because iodine alone is not thyroid support.

    Disclose the whole label

    Each active appears with its amount and its standardisation. Milk Thistle is 300 mg at 80% silymarin. Ashwagandha is 300 mg at 5% withanolides. You should never have to guess.

    Choose the active form

    Magnesium as unbuffered bisglycinate. Folate as L-methylfolate, not folic acid. B12 as methylcobalamin. B6 as P5P. B1 as benfotiamine. Selenium as selenomethionine.
